Hey all….I have had many attempts at writing a blog and failed everytime…(apart from the one I do for work). I hope to use this place to leave my thoughts.

I just thought I would add a comment, but now I will atempt to give it some substance. Subject Raw Diet, Jeff Ive not really come across this before, but when I think about it I am assuming the choice for consuming raw food is one of energy saving, am I correct in this conclusion?

Correct! Your conclusion covers a major reason why I’m interested in raw food. By eating raw vegan food, we save on water, land, CO2, CH4.
The other reasons are health, compasion, and progress.
